Royalty-Free Image and Photo License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") BETWEEN LICENSEE, PURCHASER (IF ANY) AND AN AFFILIATE OF GETTY IMAGES, INC. THE AFFILIATE OF GETTY IMAGES IDENTIFIED IN SECTION 10.9 BELOW WILL BE THE PARTY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ("GETTY IMAGES") WITH LICENSEE. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO LICENSES ISSUED VIA THE WEB AND VIA LOCAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES, AND IS APPLICABLE TO ONLINE, DIGITAL AND ANALOG (PHYSICAL) DELIVERY OF LICENSED MATERIAL. BY ORDERING A LICENSE, LICENSEE AND, IF APPLICABLE, PURCHASER, IS CONFIRMING THAT IT HAS CAPACITY TO FORM A CONTRACT UNDER ITS LOCAL LAWS.

Each free images can only be used one time over the lifetime of a person.    A free image may only be used one time in any project even if multiple people are working on it.  Every time an image is used it must be repurchased or after free use purchased on each additional use.   If you purchased an Extended License this allows you to reuse an image as many times as you like. You can edit any free or purchased image in any way you like but the ownership and licence of the image will never change! All images are the property of ~ (c) DRG Enterprises, LLC. ~ Douglas R. If you buy and Extended License for an image you can do what every you want to that purchased image as many times as you like.
